Terms of Service

AMLify is a RegTech (regulatory technology) platform that provides tools to assist Australian businesses in meeting their Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) obligations under the AML/CTF Act 2006 (Cth) and related legislation.

The platform includes AI-generated compliance programs, customer due diligence workflows, sanctions and PEP screening, transaction monitoring, staff training modules, and AUSTRAC report drafting tools.

AMLify is a compliance tool, not legal advice. Content generated by AMLify does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for ensuring your compliance program meets your specific legal obligations. We recommend consulting a qualified legal professional for advice specific to your circumstances.

You must create an account to use AMLify. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age and authorised to enter into binding agreements on behalf of the business you represent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that could harm AMLify or other users.

AMLify is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are charged in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

We do not offer refunds for partial periods on monthly subscriptions. For annual subscriptions, refunds for unused months may be provided at our discretion where cancellation occurs within 30 days of purchase.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features included in the selected plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must enter payment details to continue using the service.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.

You retain ownership of all data, documents, and content you create or upload to AMLify ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the services to you.

We will not use Your Data to train, fine-tune, or improve AI or machine learning models. Your compliance data, customer information, and business records are used exclusively to deliver the services you have subscribed to.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you enter into AMLify — including customer personal information — is collected and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

You agree not to:

• Use AMLify for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent or disable any security features of the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised third parties
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without our written permission
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content that could harm the platform or other users
• Use the platform to process data for which you do not have lawful authority

AMLify and its content — including the platform software, design, training materials, and AI models — are owned by Consultin AI Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your internal business compliance purposes during your subscription period. This licence does not permit you to sublicence, resell, or otherwise commercialise the platform or its outputs.

AMLify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

AI-generated compliance outputs are tools to assist your compliance program — they are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or suitable for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs before relying on them for compliance purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, AMLify, Consultin AI Pty Ltd, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to the platform will continue until the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.

Upon termination, you may export your data for up to 30 days. After that period, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of AMLify after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of AMLify shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
